The Colour of Poverty Campaign Workshop

As some of you may be aware, I have advocated at the Board of Health that the health needs of racialised communities, including the needs associated with the impacts of race-based discrimination, poverty and other health determinants, should be considered when health policies, priorities and programs are developed. This issue is a growing one.

I encourage all of you to attend this free workshop hosted by the St. Joseph‘s Community Engagement and Urban Health Department to discuss this and other related topics in the health promotion field.
