The Ministry of Long-Term Care (MLTC) is looking to hear public opinion on Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s proposal for a new 200-bed long-term care home on their property at 625 Runnymede Road. It is important to note that this is not part of the discussion currently underway with the City on the proposed building to accommodate these beds, but is rather a discussion with the Province on Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s ability to host such a home.
A public meeting will be taking place at the Annette Street Library (145 Annette Street) on February 21, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Written statements can also be submitted to LTCHomes.Licensing@ontario.ca until February 21 (please quote project #20-047).
