As it is the season giving PARC could really use some help with acquiring the following items before December 16th:
– Dinner Plates
– Cutlery Flatware
– Coffee mugs
Mismatched, one of a kind, etc. are all welcome!
As well, for the various festive meals (they will have an average of 150 guests for each meal):
French toast or sausages for breakfast
Dinner: jello, Snacks, Meat, Fruit, vegetables (anything, really! we can tailor the menu to suit. )
Christmas meal Dec. 23rd:
They have turkeys however, other ingredients they’ll require include: potatoes (150 lb), peas(30 lb), carrots(60 lb), garlic, fresh herbs, bread, celery, apples(10 lb).
Christmas Sunday Dec. 25:
30 lb ground beef
a lot of spaghetti & fresh bread
