“It’s a laughable day in the neighbourhood …” Hear Margot French take us through her eponymous neighbourhood just up the hill from Lambton House and under the railway tracks to French Avenue. A retired medical laboratory scientist and educator, now artist, Margot will share her light-hearted perspective of growing up in York from her book, “French-on-French-on-French.” Doors open at 7:00pm. Talk at 7:30pm. Refreshments. Donations appreciated.
