35 Wabash Ave Development Update

 

Just wanted to update everyone on the proposed development at 35 Wabash Ave. We are told,

 

“Staff have now completed review of the applicant’s first site plan submission and as a number of revisions are still required, the applicant will be meeting over the next couple of weeks with staff to go over the required revisions.

In terms of a timeline, it all depends on when the revised plans are submitted. Once the key issues are satisfied, the zoning amendment still requires Council approval. At the earliest, the application may be before the September TEYCC.”
