340-376R Dufferin Street & 2 Melbourne Avenue Virtual Community Consultation

City Planning is holding a Virtual Community Consultation Meeting on the 340-376R Dufferin Street & 2 Melbourne Avenue Re-Zoning Application. It will be an opportunity to learn more about this application, ask questions and share your comments. Your feedback will help inform the City’s evaluation of the proposed development.

This application proposes to amend the Zoning Bylaws and the Official Plan to modify the range of non-residential use permissions for the site. The site consists of a series of 1-2 storey former industrial buildings which have been readapted and leased to various commercial tenants.  No physical alterations are proposed to the existing buildings, on-site parking supply or loading facilities in the current application.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 6:30 – 8 PM and will be online and phone-in only.
