An application has been submitted to the City proposing to amend the Zoning By-law at 2946-2968 Dundas Street West to permit an 8-storey mixed use building with 102 residential units, including rental replacement units.
A preliminary report on this application will be prepared by City Planning and heard at Toronto and East York Community Council within the next few months. Details on the Staff Report will be shared as they become available.
Further, a Community Meeting will be held to review the application with local residents. The Community Meeting has been scheduled for June 11th between 7-9pm at West Toronto Baptist Church, 3049 Dundas St West. A formal notice will be distributed closer to the meeting date.
