This Thursday night (May 21st) at Artscape Wychwood Barns (601 Christie St) there will be a public meeting regarding the Eastern portion of the Gardiner Expressway. All are invited.
In June, Council will be making a decision about the Eastern portion of the Gardiner Expressway. This is a key decision that the city will face in our lifetime, and will shape the city that our grandchildren will experience!
This public meeting will give Torontonians a chance to learn more aboutthe proposed options, to hear from experts Paul Bedford and Michael Kirkland, and to give residents an opportunity to weigh in on this issue. Paul Bedford is the former Chief Planner for the City of Toronto and Michael Kirkland is an architect specializing in urban design and planning.

The High Park Stewards have been removing Garlic Mustard from a number of sites within the park for many years. Protocols on how best to control GM are changing all the time and we are always upgrading our skills.
We are able to notice a real positive effect from our work but there is still lots to do.
A small group will be planting in the Boulevard Beds.
As many people as possible are needed as there is no end of this plant in High Park. Celebrations Invitation
