High Park Native Plant Nursery Cleanup
Sunday, April 27, 2014, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Grenadier Restaurant, 200 Parkside Drive, Toronto, ON
We had an excellent turnout for our last session in the High Park
Nursery. This time we will clean up and uncover plants in our
restoration sites. These include the Boulevard Beds, the Tablelands, the
Sculpture Garden and the All-Star sites. We will also monitor which
native plants are coming up, and look for invasive species in the area
that will need removal.
Meet us in front of the Grenadier Restaurant, and we will direct you to
our work site. All tools will be provided.
The notice will be distributed this week to the area surrounding the Dundas West Station.
Also attached is a copy of our Customer Information Pole Card outlining the service changes during this weekend work at the station. The pole card will be posted on transit stops along the affected streetcar routes and at the subway station.
