My office has been notified that the City of Toronto will be closing the Dufferin Street Bridge to pedestrians and cyclists from 10 p.m. on Wednesday October 9 to approximately Friday October 18. The closure will enable Metrolinx to complete maintenance work on the underside of the bridge, which spans the GO Transit/Metrolinx rail corridor. The bridge will remain closed to vehicle traffic.
The pedestrian tunnel accessed at the GO station at Atlantic Avenue remains open 24hrs/day.

The Dufferin Street Bridge is south of Springhurst Avenue. Pedestrians who want to walk to Exhibition Place can access the grounds from Atlantic Avenue.
