2-6 Howard Park Avenue–Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Application

The Preliminary Planning Report on 2-6 Howard Park Avenue will be heard at Toronto East York Community Council on June 24, 2021. The application proposes a 10-storey mixed use building, with retail at grade and 128 residential units

The Preliminary Staff Report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 2-6 Howard Park Avenue.

A Community Consultation Meeting is recommended on the Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Application. The meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about this application, ask questions and share your comments. Your feedback will help inform the City’s evaluation of the proposed development. Once the Community Meeting is scheduled, the details will be shared broadly with the community.
