In May 2017, Toronto and East York Community Council (TEYCC) requested that the Director of Transportation Services provide information on the potential for policy changes to allow for the expansion of the Residential On-street Permit Parking Program to all local streets. Community consultation on this potential change took place in Toronto and East York in April and May 2018.
In December 2018, with ward boundary changes to all wards in the City of Toronto, Ward 4 welcomed a new area – the former Ward 13 – that was not included in the community consultation.
With that in mind, I would like to invite you to a community consultation meeting to discuss the expansion of on-street permit parking in Ward 4.
Join City staff to learn about the City wide Permit Parking Program. Staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns about on-street permit parking.
