421 Roncesvalles Ave Re-Zoning Application

City Planning is holding a Public Consultation to review the 421 Roncesvalles Avenue Re-Zoning Application. You will have an opportunity to learn more about this application, ask questions and share your comments.

Details are as follows:

Date:            March 21, 2017
Time:            7-9 PM
Place:           St. Casimir’s Parish Hall – 156 Roncesvalles Avenue

This application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to allow the redevelopment the site with a seven-storey building containing retail and office uses with a height of 26.1 metres. The existing building will be maintained and while no vehicular parking spaces are being proposed, 38 bicycle parking spaces will be provided.
