Upcoming Public Consultations – Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy 2020

Posted on October 1, 2013

The City of Toronto is launching public consultations on the Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy 2020. The consultations will allow residents, agencies, and businesses to help City Council choose the next generation of Neighbourhood Improvement Areas – formerly known as Priority Neighbourhoods.
These consultations are part of the development of the Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy 2020. The Strategy will deliver local impact for city-wide change by partnering with residents, businesses and agencies to invest in people, services, programs and facilities in Neighbourhood Improvement Areas. This will strengthen the social, economic and physical conditions of neighbourhoods and support healthy communities across Toronto.
The consultation website goes live on Monday September 30th, and will allow residents to register for one of eight in-person consultation sessions and/or complete a survey. In the meantime, please feel free to forward this email broadly, and if you are interested in attending an in-person consultation session, hold the date in your calendar:
