Here’s how the Challenge works:
Toronto Hydro will award “points” to each ward based on a combination of total number of ward residents registering for the challenge online and past participation in our conservation programs. The most points will be awarded for actual participation in the following programs within each ward from May 18 to August 31:
- Spring Turn On
- Keep Cool
- Refrigerator Round Up

Queen Victoria PA fundraising for Parkdale Public Library
On the afternoon of Tuesday, June 23, Students from Room 412 of Queen Victoria Public School will be running a charity car wash in front of the school , on
They are hoping to raise money for the children’s book section of the Parkdale Public Library. The students have been visiting the library throughout the year, and would like to give something back. The money raised will go directly into books for the kid’s section, with a sticker inside to say how the book was purchased.
The car wash will be running from approximately .
A car wash will cost $5.00.
