1521 Queen St W Development Application

An application has been submitted to the City for a proposed rezoning at 1521 Queen St W. The applicant’s proposal is for a 25.9m 8-storey mixed-use building (plus a 5m mechanical penthouse) with 78 residential units, 72 bike parking spaces, and 3 car-share spaces. A community meeting will be held in the coming months to discuss this proposal with the community, gather further feedback, and provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions of the applicant, City Planning, and Councillor Perks.
